REDy plays a crucial role in this relationship by empowering our 4,000 advisors with data-driven insights, enabling them to create personalized solutions and offers for each client. REDy is a web application for Generali Tied Advisors. Its built on "Phygital" mode: available for advisors, who can share the screens with client - in-person or remotely. Advisors together with clients go through need assesement (basic or focus on specific need - life, health, car, etc). As a result from REDy clients receive personalized recommendation signed by advisor with next steps of their interview. Our objective is customized products tailored to clients' needs and life situations, more client engagement, and enhancing our advisors' digital skills. REDy supports our company's OKRs by driving growth, increasing average premiums and boosting client satisfaction (NPS). This success is made possible through the collaboration of our Tied Agents, Financial Advisory Managers, Digital & IT Agile Team, and CRM Team.
