Concept and Goals: Our goal is to increase efficiency and productivity through the integration of technologies and new ways of working. We aim to support innovation, sharing, and experimentation. Reasons: The project embodies the principle of a learning organization, where members continuously educate and develop themselves and also share their experiences. Competitive Landscape: Our community is unique in that: - connecting employees without job title limit, from junior to head of department. From the bottom up. - members significantly influence activities with a company-wide impact, such as the design of a digital minimum for 4,500 people. - Motivating colleagues to work cross-firm - They change company culture - they are digital ambassadors Sources of Inspiration: Inspiration comes from the theory of knowledge sharing in corporate environment Involved Departments: All company departments are involved in the project, with digital ambassadors playing a key role. Key Achievements to Date: Launching the digital minimum, which has unified digital skills across the company, and creating a support network of 40 digital ambassadors.
