desBRAva: a Living Innovation Community Qorus-NTT DATA Innovation in Insurance Awards 2026

In most organizations, innovation training ends when the last workshop is concluded. desBRAva was built to do the opposite: to turn training into a living community that keeps innovation alive long after each cohort. desBRAva is Bradesco Seguros’ community-first workforce transformation program, designed to decentralize innovation by empowering employees as true change agents. Created by the Innovation team in partnership with HR, the program evolved from a successful 2024 pilot into a stronger and more scalable model in 2025. This evolution included expanding the number of seats and launching two cohorts per year, upgrading the workshop track into a project-based journey aligned with the company’s innovation pipeline and real business scenarios mapped together with executives and the innovation team, and introducing a dedicated AI module, connecting partners to accelerate practical and applied upskilling. However, the real innovation begins after graduation. desBRAva has grown into a community of 100+ active members to date, engaged through periodic touchpoints and a gamified continuous engagement plan that encourages collaboration and real contribution. Program alumni actively support new cohorts, sharing their post-program journeys and helping to multiply knowledge and impact. This approach turns learning into lasting momentum and positions desBRAva as a scalable, sustainable model for workforce transformation.
