The world has become even more digital, but that doesn't mean that people are any less important. On the contrary! It is people who give meaning to our mission of building a world of solutions. That's why Ageas Seguros launched in 2024 the first digital gamification platform exclusively dedicated to our distribution network, NOSS@GENTE.

A platform available on your computer, tablet, or mobile phone, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, integrated into Ageas Seguros platforms, and always just a click or a tap away. A single place where EVERYONE will participate in Challenges. No one is excluded from the challenges we have for you!

As pioneers in the Portuguese insurance market, we aimed to transform the perception of a gray area into something fun and colorful with a gamification project that, while assessing knowledge, brings enjoyment to a world often seen as boring.

The role of games in companies has become increasingly relevant as organizations across various sectors recognize their potential beyond entertainment. Games and gamification elements are used to achieve a variety of organizational objectives, enhancing performance, motivation, satisfaction, employee (or partner) engagement, and learning. Thus, we felt the need to develop a platform that encompasses all these objectives and is accessible to everyone who interacts with Ageas Seguros on a daily basis.

We aim for an interactive and gamified approach to foster greater engagement with our networks. This will involve agents in the launch of campaigns, products, and services in a more dynamic manner, providing an even more engaging experience and complementing the current communication tools, namely Newsletters, email, and the Agent Portal.

Through gamification, we want to enhance the engagement of our partners with challenges related to ongoing campaigns and initiatives, in order to assess knowledge, identify information gaps, and reach many individuals who are currently somewhat distanced from our animations and even from awards, including members of our agents’ teams.

We believe that our competitors do not have a tool with this scope and breadth, at least not solely dedicated to this purpose.

During the project's implementation phase, there was strong collaboration between the Operational Marketing area and the IT area (Access and security), as well as with our external partner, the service and platform provider, Yes Marketing.

In less than a year, we have more than 1,073 users who have participated in various challenges throughout 2024, with an average of 320 monthly participations.
