TerranceBot is revolutionizing auto insurance claims processing at Clearcover through an innovative AI agent architecture. Developed through collaboration between our AI, claims, and customer service teams, the system emerged from our vision to help new adjusters more efficiently process complex claims files.

The system assists with critical claims tasks including automated data retrieval, fraud detection, and litigation analysis for bodily injury claims prioritization. TerranceBot processes multimodal inputs including PDFs, photos, and call recordings, providing comprehensive claim insights to adjusters.

Since implementation in February 2024, TerranceBot has demonstrated strong adoption and impact, processing over 11,000 user inquiries across 3,400+ claims. As of January 2025: 89% of our claims team actively engages with the system. In user surveys, 65% reported using TerranceBot daily. 88% of users surveyed report that after using TerranceBot they are able to complete their tasks more quickly than before.

The agent architecture's modular design allows for continuous capability expansion across various insurance lines and claims types. Looking ahead, TerranceBot is transitioning from a pull model (adjuster-initiated) to a push model (event-triggered automation), positioning it as a transformative force in insurance claims innovation.
