This initiative applied machine learning and geographic optimization to transform the client portfolio allocation process. Binary classification models were trained using a diverse set of engineered features, going far beyond revenue, to capture behavioral, relational, and contextual dimensions of client potential. The models identified high-potential clients from a large pool of non-managed profiles, generating actionable recommendations for strategic portfolio inclusion. A geolocation algorithm further enhanced operational feasibility by assigning clients to the most suitable service points based on proximity and compatibility. The project brought together data scientists, business analysts, and subject-matter experts to deliver an AI-powered solution that improves portfolio efficiency, expands relationship capacity, and unlocks new revenue opportunities through intelligent, scalable decision-making.
