Innovation presentation

Aware of the revolutionary movement brought about by artificial intelligence in the business world, BB implemented a program focused on training all BB Conglomerate employees, boosting the development of new tech skills. AcademIA BB involved a comprehensive portfolio of training and apprenticeships, combining practical learning with real challenges, promoting reskilling and upskilling throughout the organization.

It should be noted that the journey was developed from employees (content experts from the areas of people management, marketing and communication, innovation, technology, artificial intelligence and analytics) to employees from all areas of BB (registered participants). More than 24,000 employees enrolled in four thematic areas: Data Engineering, DataViz, AI and Data Science and Web Analytics. Upon completing their studies, the certified employees experienced practical internships related to everyday life at BB, acquiring new technical skills.

AcademIA BB has expanded career opportunities for several certified employees, thanks to the knowledge acquired from the study trails, content and lives, and also the exchange of experiences between employees has been of paramount importance in inspiring collaboration between all.

Great figures for AcademIA BB in 2024: - 41% women enrolled, reinforcing that AI is for everyone. - 75% of those enrolled came from operational (business) units. - 92% declared themselves beginners on this learning journey. - 256,000 courses completed in the AI and analytics study tracks. - 18,000 colleagues participated live in the content, lives and mentoring, totaling more than 100 hours of learning.

The program also brought other benefits: - 35,000 participations in data-driven events with a 95 CSAT satisfaction score; - +5,000 challenges were delivered, and +60,000 employees were trained in at least one course from the AI and Analytics track available on the digital training platforms; - The democratization of AI for all has boosted digital transformation and analytical culture, knowledge of AI and Analytics tools and contributed to evolving the organization's analytical maturity by more than 30%.
