While all of the bank support accounts on the X platform were constantly receiving complaints about banking products, responding to customers in a uniform manner, and not establishing emotional bonds, Yapı Kredi took a very different stance and started to resolve complaints, become a love mark for customers, touch their emotions, and organically spread through personal touches. This innovative approach made us the most loved, followed and shared bank on X. It enabled us to earn income for our bank through the loyalty economy.
