AI Agent – Pension Contracts Qorus-NTT DATA Innovation in Insurance Awards 2026

The project consists of creating an AI Agent capable of interpreting and structuring contractual rules for corporate pension clients, aiming to accelerate decision‑making, standardize information, and support the implementation of a strategic initiative to reduce financial expenses. The initiative emerged from the challenge of analyzing contracts and amendments from more than 4,000 companies—an effort that would take months if performed manually. A pilot with 30 companies and over 100 files validated the need for a fast and scalable solution.

Unlike competitors that still rely on manual processes or limited tools, our project applies AI to understand legal language, extract critical clauses, and organize data in a structured manner. Inspired by best practices in AI applied to documents, the project engages key areas such as Actuarial, Products, Legal, Operations, and Relationship Management.

Key results already obtained include significant productivity gains, reducing analysis time from months to days, increased accuracy, and risk mitigation.
