What is your digital banking offering (digital brand, online channel and app)?
OTP Bank Hungary offers digital banking products both under our own brand as well as under some directly owned fintech brands, such as Simple by OTP payment and eBiz. We have a diversified channel mix through which we serve our customers. We have a branded portal which also links into and from a variety of related websites. We have an internet banking channel, which serves both retail and corporate clients.
To serve corporations, we offer specialized web applications. In terms of mobile, we have a variety of banking apps, such as our SmartBank mobile banking application, Simple by OTP payment and a lifestyle app. Additionally, we have a number of apps which serve clients of specific products. Finally, we have messaging apps, both on our branded portal as well as in the Messenger application, the latter of which is supported by chat bot functionality.
