Global fintech company Conotoxia has enhanced its mobile app with a new feature that simplifies shopping for international travelers and users dealing with multiple currencies. The app now allows users to scan prices with their smartphone camera and instantly convert them into any of 26 available currencies.
Previously, Conotoxia app users had to manually enter amounts for currency conversion. With this new feature, users simply point their camera at a price tag, and the app automatically converts the amount into the selected currency. The app supports a wide range of currencies, including the US dollar, euro, British pound, Japanese yen, and many more.
Tomasz Wartalski, Chief Innovation Officer at Conotoxia, highlighted the convenience of this feature: "This new tool allows users to quickly and accurately convert local prices into their preferred currency, ensuring informed purchasing decisions whether they're traveling for business or leisure. Once converted, users can pay easily with a multi-currency card and manage their account directly within the app."
