Garanti BBVA has revolutionized vehicle financing in Türkiye by launching the nation’s first fully digital loan for purchasing used cars. Available exclusively through Garanti BBVA Mobile, this innovative solution enables customers to secure financing for second-hand vehicles from dealerships or private sellers without ever setting foot in a branch.

The process is seamless and paperless. Customers simply input the necessary details into the mobile app, bypassing the traditional paperwork and in-branch loan agreements. Once approved, funds can be instantly transferred to the seller, making the purchase quick and efficient. A standout feature is the seller approval system, which ensures secure money transfers and eliminates disputes about payment verification, enhancing trust for both buyers and sellers.

Ceren Acer Kezik, Garanti BBVA’s Deputy General Manager, emphasized the bank's commitment to digital innovation. "Banking is now fully digital, and our aim is to simplify our customers’ lives with groundbreaking solutions," she said. "This second-hand vehicle loan is a prime example, offering a fast, safe, and environmentally friendly experience entirely through Garanti BBVA Mobile."

Historically, obtaining a loan for a used car required multiple trips to a bank branch and signing extensive paperwork. With Garanti BBVA’s digital loan, customers can complete the entire process in just a few steps, reducing hassle and saving time. The environmentally conscious design of this service also aligns with Garanti BBVA’s commitment to sustainability by minimizing paper waste.

Garanti BBVA’s digital loan not only reflects a milestone in Türkiye’s banking sector but also sets a new standard for convenience, security, and innovation in financial services.
