Following Facilitea Coches for vehicles, CaixaBank has launched Facilitea Casa, a real estate portal featuring over 40,000 properties available for sale or rent across Spain. The platform is designed to connect professional real estate agents with individuals seeking housing, offering a centralized and secure space to browse and manage listings.

While CaixaBank will not act as a seller, it will provide mortgage financing and home-related services, including insurance, renovation loans, and security systems. So far, more than 1,100 real estate agencies have joined the initiative, and listings from CaixaBank’s real estate subsidiary, Building Center, are also featured. The number of available properties is expected to double by the end of 2025.

Professional listings only, wider access for buyers

Only registered real estate professionals can list properties on Facilitea Casa; private owners must go through these agents to advertise their homes. This approach is designed to ensure professionalism and reliability in transactions while giving agents access to CaixaBank’s extensive customer network.

By focusing on professional listings and offering financing through the bank, CaixaBank aims to strengthen its role in the real estate ecosystem—without becoming a direct seller.

Part of a broader consumer ecosystem

Facilitea Casa is part of Facilitea, CaixaBank’s broader platform offering curated products and services for various life needs, from vehicles to technology and mobility. Accessible online, the initiative reflects a growing trend among financial institutions to expand their role in everyday life by building digital ecosystems that combine convenience, financing, and trusted partnerships.
