We are excited to invite you to our peak community event of H1/2023 on SME banking transformation. We will dive into the different aspects of digital transformation and the next steps considering the impact of recent global crises (supply chain crisis, war in Ukraine, geopolitical tensions among leading economies) on SMEs.
We can see the increasing role and responsibility of banks and all FSIs in supporting SMEs in their own transformation journey as well as the need to evolve the existing transformation into disruption journey. Following our research project, the event will explore and define 5 stages of the journey in all key areas of your SME & business banking strategy such as acquisition & onboarding, sales & service models, products, partnerships & beyond banking offerings or customer experience.
The session’s key speakers will showcase a few best practices on future business models, new revenue streams, the impact of embedded finance, bancassurance, and insurance services for SMEs.
