Innovation presentation

TEB aims to change the usual way of interaction between bank and the customers, with machine learning and artifical intelligence. An artificial intelligence platform with self machine learning algorithm creates personalized next best actions for all channels/platforms. The reasons implied above made us to launch this project. - Offering unrelevant products/services on many channels ignoring the context of the customer - Not being able to catch the right moment due to unutilized real time data - Long time to take action due to batch campaign management processes This tool was launched as an innovative R&D project between EVAM, TEB CRM & IT departments.
