AI Insight Content Engine for Agents (AI News) helps life insurance agents move from offline, relationship-only selling to always-on online prospecting. It detects trending topics across social platforms and turns them into compliant, insurance-aware multi-format content in minutes at the fastest—Xiaohongshu-style posts, greeting cards, and even avatar-led short videos—tailored to each agent’s customer base and preferred channels. By keeping agents visible in the right digital moments and speaking in a consistent personal IP, AI News boosts qualified inquiry rate, reduces production costs, and accelerates lead-to-consultation conversion. With 24/7 automated trend capture, AI News shortens the cycle from a trend’s breakout to a compliant insurance post from 2–3 days to under 6 hours—helping agents seize the golden window of viral propagation.
.Concept & objective: Historically, insurance distribution relied heavily on agents’ offline networks—family, friends, and referrals—creating a natural ceiling for growth. Today, customers’ attention has shifted to online apps and social feeds (short videos, forums, e-commerce, ticketing, community posts, etc.). To keep acquiring new prospects, agents must learn online social selling: showing up consistently, riding trends, and providing value-driven content. AI News is a distribution-side GenAI platform that makes this shift practical at scale. It automatically captures social trending topics, enriches them with insurance and financial-education angles, and generates channel-ready content assets that agents can post immediately.
.Reasons behind: The channel shift is structural: online attention is fragmented, trend cycles are shorter, and customers expect timely, relevant information. However, agents lack the time, skills, and tooling to run continuous content operations—while compliance rules make “move fast” risky. AI News was built to deliver speed, relevance, and governance simultaneously.
.State of competition: Generic AI writing tools can create copy, but they do not solve the full social-selling problem in a regulated industry: real-time trend capture, persona-and-channel adaptation, consistent agent IP, and compliance-by-design governance. AI News differentiates by delivering an end-to-end, enterprise-grade workflow rather than isolated generation.
.Sources of inspiration: We studied top-performing agents’ online playbooks (what to post, when to post, and how to convert engagement into conversations) and trend-driven content factories from consumer internet platforms—then rebuilt them for insurance compliance and scale.
.Main results so far (live for less than 6 months): AI News has published 10,000+ pieces of multi-format content, delivering an estimated cost reduction equivalent to ~USD 5M. In an A/B test against traditional content during the same period, AI News improved qualified inquiry rate by 20%+. AI-generated content effectively reached 66M people, including 21M incremental reach attributable to AI. The platform also supported agent recruitment, assisting in onboarding 400+ new agents.
