Alior Bank introduced the new current account – Konto Jakże Osobiste to its offer for individual clients. It's a personalized bank account that allows holders to choose the benefits they have. Benefits can be freely changed through the new online banking platform and new mobile application or at any Alior Bank branch. Selected benefits will be active from the next day. Benefits have been tailored to the needs and expectations of customers so that they can use them at any time, in a selected number and configuration, and above all depending on the situation, e.g. when they often travel abroad, need quick access to money, look for low costs, opportunities, prizes or value security. Alior Bank is constantly working on developing further proposals. For the purpose of the Konto Jakże Osobiste, a new functionality has been implemented in online banking platform and the mobile application that allows managing the benefits to the account in a very simple and intuitive way. Just a few clicks are necessary to activate or cancel a benefit. Konto Jakże Osobiste was created based on behavioral segmentation and extensive opinion polls, which showed what customers expect from the bank in relation to their personal account. The list of benefits was developed jointly with customers during quantitative and qualitative research, within which 30 different features and functionalities related to personal accounts were verified and those identified as most attractive were selected. This unique account on the Polish market stands out thanks to benefits connected with it and that the choice of benefit is make by the client himself. Thanks to this innovative approach, every owner of the Konto Jakże Osobiste creates and modifies his account personally, depending on the situation and their current needs. Holders of the Alior Bank’s Konto Jakże Osobiste account can now choose from 9 benefits. These are: free withdrawals from ATMs in Poland and abroad (in both cases, the benefits include all cards issued to the account), a package of free instant transfers (up to 5 a month). Customers can also take advantage of a higher interest rate on a savings account or a interest-free overdraft for 10 days. Benefits include a refund for contactless payments via telephone (using Android Pay, HCE technology and BLIK services) and participation in the Mastercard Priceless Specials loyalty program, which allows collecting points and exchanging them for prizes. Customers have at their disposal also travel insurance abroad and emergency assistance package covering car, medical and home insurance. Main results so far Alior Bank’s Konto Jakże Osobiste was the winner of the ranking of current accounts for individual clients, published in September 2017 by the totalmoney.pl service. The authors of the ranking, looking for the best offer on the market, paid attention primarily to those services that directly affect the convenience of using the account. The list rewarded additional points to banks that offer personalized products tailored to the customer's needs. Additional points were given to accounts that allow you to earn with the moneyback service and within which customers can take advantage of additional financing in the form of an overdraft. A total of 28 current accounts for individual clients were listed in the totalmoney.pl ranking. Konto Jakże Osobiste also took the first place in the ranking of personal accounts for young people, developed in September 2017 by the eBroker.pl website. Alior Bank product has been awarded for free benefits, which can be freely changed and for free account keeping for people under 26 years of age.
