Innovation presentation

CHAPDEX is an acronym for Customer Happiness Index. It is a non-intrusive, automated customer feedback mechanism developed to evaluate the customer satisfaction level at our branches. Traditional feedback mechanisms like Customer Feedback Machine and e-survey requires the customer to spend extra time and they may not take that extra step to improve the service. The application harnesses the power of AI to overcome these limitations. While a customer interacts with our staff, the application evaluates the facial expressions and generates a happiness value for the customer. This value is considered as a feedback and helps us in improving our service. The whole process is automated, and the emotion recognition system is powered by in-house developed Deep Neural Network(DNN) model.
