VAS Introducer platform is a B2B2C marketing automation platform that entails end2end solutions to enable distribution of value added services (VASes) from the Bank to end-customers. It is a one-stop-shop for VASes scouting, procuring, handling & managing along with its distribution to end-customers. VAS Introducer is a platform that may be implemented by the Bank and leveraged as a tool for different marketing goals such as: customer acquisition, retention, x-sell, loyalty etc. It has been developed and launched by Mastercard and The Heart in Poland but can be deployed to any market as Mastercard’s proprietary Loyalty Solutions product. Platform’s ecosystem can be used to various portfolios of end-customers - product is not-limited to Mastercard-only card-holders.

VAS Introducer is a SAAS platform offering advisory, management, marketing support and providing reporting and analytics. Platform is highly secured. Risk is reduced due to the fact that users cannot register in the system, their accounts are provided administratively. Design of the solution does not require any sensitive or personal data to flow, which makes it safe and low-effort to implement. On a business level VAS Introducer platform is quick and easy to implement by a Bank since it supports predefined types of integration with Banks and VAS Vendors: 1)by API or 2)by offline integration such as batch files. On technical level VAS Introducer platform enables consumer and benefits related processes including: - onboarding of customers to the platform - management and exchange of data and benefit information between Bank/Issuer, VAS Introducer and any VAS Vendor providing the benefits in a form of a digital code/coupon - delivery of marketing tools and materials to enable campaigns and promotions VAS Introducer platform continually works on VAS catalogue development in order to provide quality content.
