This initiative focused on providing customers with additional value in visualizing and controlling their finances. The project is innovative since Santander has not only implemented an improved financial health zone but also, looking for the gaps that customers currently have when trying to understand their finances, has added new functionalities such as "choose when your month starts", where it is possible to choose when the month starts in terms of income and expenses, and the comparison of popular dates. Moreover, it is today´s customers´ tendence to self-management the connection between the APP and the ATM is critical. The linkage of the APP as the corner stone of the relationship and the ATM, where cash related operations can be executed is key. That’s why we have an ATM Area in the APP where customers can find all services and solutions related to the use of ATMs: ATM locator, QR code generation for cardless cash withdrawals, last operations performed in ATMs, limit management for cash withdrawals and the personalization solution for ATMs screens. Finally, we’ve included some practical hints about ATMs capabilities.
