With MoEngage powered ACE tool, Bank will be able to create and execute automated omni-channel marketing campaigns to reach out to the customers on their preferred channel at their preferred time. This will improve the performance of our marketing campaigns related to Acquisition, Activation, On-boarding, Cross-sell, regulatory updates and Customer Life Time Value (CLTV) build up campaigns.

Mo-Engage has helped Ujjivan bank to track 100+ events inside Internet Banking and MB App (iOS) that can help us in understanding the customer behaviour as well as implement trigger based targeted communication. For Eg: When a customer logs in, the automation tool detects the account balance. If the balance is greater than a certain amount, a marketing message can be shown to the customer to move his/her extra balance to an FD. Similarly, if the FD is up for renewal, the relevant message can be sent. We have also implemented push notifications and in-app banners on various pages inside the logged-in section. With this we can now do trigger-based campaigns in iOS app and Internet Banking and reach out to the customers with various products and offerings in the customer’s preferred channels in the most customizable fashion.
