“Open Banking”, where you can share your financial data with any third-party institutions in order to create a versatile banking experience, offers our customers a reliable and transparent service model. Thanks to our new mini app My Bank+, that takes place in Yapı Kredi Mobile, the customers can access the information and movements of their accounts through our application by adding their accounts in other banks to My Bank+. By viewing their demand deposits in other banks on Yapı Kredi Mobile, they can make in-app payments from an account of another bank. Thanks to this application, our customers can benefit from the ease of use of Yapı Kredi Mobile without having to make transactions from other banking applications.

As Yapı Kredi that is pioneer in the banking sector of Turkey for years, we are motivated to innovate and enhance our customers’ experiences and answer their necessities on the right time and the most progressive way. We serve our banking experience as a platform that answer all financial needs of customer beyond the bank based products and services level. As a pioneer, we carry the responsibility to be aware and complying the banking sector’s transformation on a daily basis through the digitalization and fluxional customer needs & expectations. Our goal is beyond being a bank that satisfies only the banking needs of customers with an average experience, we eager to track the latest technological chances, serve them to our customers in a renovated and personalized way and exceed their expectations through the broad scale banking offerings. One of the consequences of this goal, we introduced the My Bank+ platform that ensures the management of our customers’ deposit accounts that are belong to other banks. My Bank+ enlarges the scale of banking services through “Open Banking” and we are able to respond core banking needs of our customers without a bank based level. My Bank+ platform is an implementation of Open Banking project and it provides an opportunity to our customers to view their accounts in other banks/institutions from a single place via Yapı Kredi My Bank+, and start money transfers from other bank/institution accounts via our platform. As Yapı Kredi, we are one of the first banks in Turkey to implement open banking services and our My Bank+ platform is differentiated from other Open Banking solutions by developing value-added services. We integrated the open banking experience throughout My Bank+ platform by developing functions such as “Bring Money from Another Bank” that enables customers to carry their money from their other accounts to Yapi Kredi, “Bring Term Deposit” for transferring other bank term deposits to Yapi Kredi via special interest rates, and “Pay Debt to My Own Credit Card” to initiate card payments through the money transfer from other accounts. My Bank+ also differentiates from the other Open Banking solutions through its notifications that are sourcing by the balance changes of customers’ other bank/institution accounts. These functions enabled us to serve more than the basis of Open Banking first phase. In this way, My Bank+ assists to our customers to manage their financials from different banks/institutions, address their financial data to themselves through their permission rather than the ownership of the institutions and brings more personalized services that satisfies the needs of our customers on the right time.
