As an institution that is pioneer of the sector for years; we adopt a working culture that can flourish continuous innovation with an agile culture by focusing on customer needs - both financial and non-financial- with the perspective of being always “ready for the future”. Our vision is accompanying customers through their life journey beyond banking transactions leveraged by intelligent & innovative solutions. In the light of this vision, we have deliberately worked on our super app strategy 3 years ago and started to deliver the first outcomes to the market in the last 2 years. Behind this strategy, there was a solid insight: “People are exposed to too many apps which is harder and harder to handle”. Currently, there are enormous amount of mobile apps that promise customers to make their lives easier but on the contrary they create a burden since the customers need to use separate apps for their needs. By understanding the changes in customers’ lifestyles and habits, corporations aiming to enhance customer satisfaction further, it is necessary to utilize the opportunities enabled by digital technologies. Therefore, by re-imagining customer experience, we have turned Yapı Kredi Mobile into a super app and called it “My World”. Our motto is “Yapı Kredi Mobile is the app of your life!”. With this motto, all platforms that make life easier within “My World” have been gathered on a single page. Thus, Yapı Kredi Mobile will expand the scope of the special solutions it offers with its renewed “My World” design, allowing its customers to manage their needs outside of banking from a single point, while also offering personalized offers and campaigns on the same screen.
Besides creating value for customers, our “super app” deepens customer relationships and increases customer engagement which has a direct impact to bank’s revenues. Also, since it enables other companies to easily integrate to our open platform, we aim to support start-up ecosystem as well. The first mini-application of "My World," My Car+, currently serves more than 2.5 million registered vehicles. My Home+, now in its second year, has surpassed 237,000 home registrations. With, My Bank+ adds approximately 40.000 bank accounts to Yapı Kredi Mobile every month. Customers have not only used My Bank+ for account viewing but also brought money from other banks, conducting over 720.000 transactions with a total volume of over 6 billion TL. Moreover, My Travel+ attracts an average of 870,000 unique users per month. Launched in September 2024, My Salary+ has reached an impressive 3-month average of 2.5 million visits. Bringing all these mini applications together, the "My World" dashboard — live since March — has already been explored by over 2 million people.
