Now it's time for smart and fair cash targeting! Please welcome our new project, Cash In Control. Powered by AI, we've developed a smart cash management system designed to optimize the allocation of cash within Yapı Kredi Bank's branches and main vaults which serve as a primary source of cash to meet the bank’s operational needs (bridge between branches, ATM’s & Central Bank). Holding excessive cash in vaults comes at an opportunity cost. Our innovative AI driven solution optimizes cash to ensure efficient and cost-effective cash management, minimizing excess cash in branches and main vaults while maintaining an adequate supply to meet customer demands. Our data driven approach utilizes extensive information; customers’ branch transactions and cash transfers among various actors like branches, ATMs, main bank vaults and third party companies to which bank provide cash storage. The project's purpose is to set optimal targets for maximizing the bank's cash efficiency.
