Responsive platform that centralizes and streamlines various services supporting departmental actions. The tool consists of the following modules: Suppliers - Ensures that suppliers are qualified to provide services and meet all organizational requirements; Contracts and Demands - Manages the entire lifecycle of contracts (drafts, notifications, adjustments, etc.); Communication Channels - Monitors the quality of contracted services; Payments - Manages all payment stages, facilitating the process for the organization and suppliers; Transportation - Organizes logistics services, streamlining scheduling, requests, and monitoring for the entire organization and affiliated companies; Committee - Enables digital discussion and approval of extraordinary projects; Facilities - Manages maintenance and facilities processes; Technology - Centralizes all technology-related requests (access, equipment, etc.); In addition to automating and organizing work processes, the new solution ensures greater process governance, information unification, transparency for users throughout the journey, management convenience, dashboard controls, an enhanced user experience, and risk mitigation through access control integrated with the bank's security systems, ensuring access only to authorized employees. The implementation took place in phases over a period of 30 months, involving 50 employees and a startup.
