Allianz, Your expert is in the sky Qorus Innovation in Insurance Awards 2016 - Winner

Since 2010, Allianz France puts Innovation in the heart of its transformation, successfully launching innovative and unique Claims. To continue innovating, Allianz France launched in February 2015 a new claims solution using drone for Claims expertise: Your expert is in the sky. This solution is dedicated to manage large losses, when the claims adjusters must examine large buildings of high height or many damaged buildings by a storm. This claims solution addresses customers’ needs by providing speed, simplicity and reactivity to help them in these particular situations. Allianz became the first French insurer to use drones for claims expertise. The claims solution “your expert in the sky” has been developed with our loss adjuster networks to make the expertise easier and quicker to start managing the Claims just after the loss occurred, thanks to the drone. It takes only a few hours to deploy it and receive the first vision on the extent of the damages, make the first decisions regarding the appropriate repair solutions to speed up the business resumption.
