The new digital tools of Alleanza Assicurazioni improves the insurance consultancy and makes unique a customer experience. Alleanza guarantees a valuable customer journey, in line with the evolution of best consultancy corporation in the world. Various digital tools, that have been developed, allows the Alleanza to offer "digital advice with a human face". By the relationship platform Profilo&Dialogo the consultant can identify the real needs of the Customer and Prospect, issue of policies digitally with electronic signature and payment with POS. By the Mya platform, which combines all the digital tools created for the network, in all phases of meeting with the customer and the prospect, the Customer is followed from the approach to sales to after-sales. Three basic concepts guided the idea: mobility, multichannel and simplicity. Digital tools give more value to our consultancy, which becomes extremely powerful because it allows you to do many more things at a very high level. This is an evolution of the company's service: from the relationship of the classic consultant to a mobile consultant.
