Income Tax Platform Qorus-Infosys Finacle Banking Innovation Awards 2024

We have developed an Income Report platform to standardise the journey through the app and Internet Banking, providing a complete experience on both channels. As a result, customers have access to all their tax returns in a single location, and can generate their tax return in a consolidated format, all in a single file with all the items the user has selected, making it easier for them to file their income tax return. Furthermore, users can access their history of tax returns from previous years within the same environment.

To access the information in the app, just follow the steps below:

1- Access the app and tap on "See more", then on "Income tax" 2- Tap on "Access reports" 3- Select the year and the reports you want to merge into a single file 4- Tap on "Generate reports" 5- Done! Just choose where you want to send or save your file

To access the account in Internet Banking:

1. Log in to your account 2. In the top menu, click on "Income tax" 3. Click on "Access reports" 4. Select the year and the reports you wish to merge into a single file 5. Click on "Generate reports" 6- Done! Just choose where you want to send or save your file
