To be a leading insurance company in today’s digital world, AXA Philippines must leverage on technology to provide seamless communication to all our stakeholders including hiring sales managers (recruiters) and future financial advisors/executives (recruits). Thus, the development of Recruitment Online Serviced by AXA (ROSA), an online platform that provides a single view of all hiring documents and application status needs by automating and digitalizing all 4 stages of recruitment: e-Attraction, e-Application, e-Training, and e-Licensing. Accessible by both recruiters and recruits, this tool resulted in an increase in leads and interview requests while accelerating the digital maturity of our workforce.

At AXA Philippines, we aspire to be the leader in the insurance market by empowering our customers to believe that a better life is within their reach. As such, having a dynamic team of well-trained financial advisors/executives to promote financial literacy is an essential part of our strategy. Through a 4-stage recruitment process (Attraction, Application, Training, and Licensing) we gather and train highly competent professionals to carry the AXA name and culture and to drive business. Unfortunately, this recruitment strategy is handicapped by manual processes. AXA recruiters use a mix of old recruitment management tools and their professional email accounts to manually schedule interviews, handover documents, and follow-up on training and licensing requirements. On the other hand, recruits or new applicants are generally unaware of their application status and passively wait for results from the recruiter. To respond to the pain points of our recruiters and recruits, we implemented ROSA to provide a single, seamless, and end-to-end view of the recruitment process. With this platform, they can easily upload and access all recruitment documents (i.e. resume, offer letter, etc.), send/receive updates regarding the application, and monitor the training and licensing requirements.
