Bradesco Saúde provides a digital reimbursement system for medical and hospital procedures covered by the contracted insurance and performed outside the referenced network. The beneficiary chooses the provider of interest and pays for the service used. Afterwards, it requests the necessary documentation from the person who provided the medical care and presents it to the Insurer for reimbursement, which will be made according to the limits established by the insurance. The request can be made through the beneficiary's logged area or through the Bradesco Saúde and Bradesco Seguros apps, simply by attaching the invoices or receipts, along with the necessary medical documentation, all 100% Digital, without the need to deliver physical documents. It is also available to request the Previous Reimbursement Calculation, which consists of an estimated amount to be reimbursed based on the procedure to be performed and the contractual conditions.
