To drive digital accessibility, Alrajhi Takaful launched a direct sales channel within WhatsApp, through a sales bot (no human interactions). This allows customers to buy motor insurance through a familiar, low-friction interface that integrates directly into their daily digital habits.
The Implementation:
The automated conversational flow allows users to select their product (New or Ownership Transfer) and enter essential data (National ID, DOB, Sequence Number). The system processes the request in real-time, verify the user, handles secure payment, and instantly delivers the invoice and policy details directly to the customer’s email.
