A new cloud-based online platform was developed to allow consumers to share information about insurance, pensions and capitalization between different insurance companies in a standardized, agile and secure way.

Open Insurance, also known as the Open Insurance System, offers consumers of insurance products and services the opportunity to share their information between different insurers accredited by SUSEP in a safe, agile, accurate and convenient way. This sharing of data and services is carried out through APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), enabling integration between the systems of different insurance companies with guaranteed privacy and security.
Open Insurance implementation comprises three distinct phases:
1-Opening and standardizing insurance data: information about service channels, products and services must be made available in a standardized way. Completed.
2- Sharing consumer data with the insurance companies of your choice, subject to your consent, which can be revoked at any time. Completed.
3- Provision of insurance services for the consumer to choose: access to insurance services without the need for direct interaction with insurance companies with which the consumer already has a relationship. Under development.
These measures aim to provide consumers with greater control over their data, facilitating access to insurance services in a more efficient and convenient way.
