Our project integrates pension services into our mobile app, allowing users to contract and manage their pension plans without needing to contact a broker or visit a branch. The main objective is to provide a seamless, user-friendly experience that empowers users with autonomy and control over their financial planning. In a digitally connected world, users seek the ability to perform tasks quickly and independently. Our app addresses this need by offering a self-service channel for pension management, enhancing user satisfaction and empowerment. While many apps offer self-service options, they often complicate the cancellation process or lack this feature entirely. Our app stands out by providing a straightforward cancellation option within seven days of contracting, directly through the app. The project was inspired by the growing demand for digital solutions that offer convenience and autonomy, as well as the increasing importance of financial planning in a rapidly aging population.
