The Executive Master Futuro Agente is an innovative program dedicated to Generali's new Agents, designed to prepare them to face challenges in a rapidly evolving world. The program stems from the close collaboration between Generali's top expertise and the best Italian Business Schools to offer a framework, tools, and integrated managerial approaches that enable:
• Enhancing skills and developing an innovative entrepreneurial approach
• Managing the agency business profitably and sustainably over time
• Proposing and sharing growth opportunities with Generali Italia, accurately assessing the necessary investments and expected returns.
This strong partnership between different Business Schools and internal expertise has given rise to a highly customized Executive Master tailored to the specific needs of Generali Italia, providing the theoretical knowledge typical of a university Master applied to the reality of Generali and its various business models.

The program is innovative because:
• provides networking and collaboration opportunities with high-level professionals and with a faculty composed of industry experts
• utilizes the Flipped Classroom model (used by Stanford University), where participants use physical classroom time to engage in activities that require critical and collaborative thinking. It's an approach that leverages digital resources and social networks, immersing participants in a dynamic, stimulating learning environment with a strong focus on pratical application.
Uniqueness of the project
The project aims to represent excellence in the market, making it attractive to new Agents and increasingly fostering their loyalty to the Company and the unique and distinctive approach of Generali expressed in the Lifetime Partner Manifesto.
To make the Executive Master unique and distinctive, a personalized blended program of 6 months has been designed to meet the specific needs of Generali Italia through collaboration with prestigious Italian Business Schools (MIB Trieste, Cetif Università Cattolica, Quint/Luiss) and the best expertise within the Company.
The project consists of 180 hours of training:
• 16 days in-physical classroom
• 75 hours online (21 synchronous virtual classrooms, 22 video lessons, 17 business cases built on Company analytics and readings) and is structured into 5 modules:
1. Trends & Marketing: to become attractive in one's territory through the development of a marketing plan
2. Economic & Strategic Approach: to read and interpret the agency's financial statement and develop forecasting analysis
3. Sales & Service Management Processes: to build high-quality sales and service processes for customers
4. Leadership & Change Management: to manage, motivate, and prepare the team for the future and promote engagement
5. Business Plan with final discussion: to create business plans that aspire to "Excellent Execution"
At the end of the program, a "Graduation Day" is scheduled in the presence of top management.
The educational journey aims to enhance individuals' skills and develop an innovative entrepreneurial approach to managing the agency business profitably and sustainably over time, as well as proposing and sharing growth opportunities.
