About

A mobile application for insurance agents that has been designed specifically for use while "on the go". All functionalities has been designed with the idea that agents need to be in contact with their customers and even when they are mobile.

Innovation presentation

With our new mobile application, our insurance agents are able to use our Ray Sigorta application from their mobile phones wherever they are. Through the application they are able to complete all insurance transactions for their customers such as viewing policy, quotations, renewals, claims, creating claim notifications and completing policy sales. We aim to be with our agents throughout the entire day with our mobile application. In the morning when our agents log in, they can view their tasks for the day and complete those tasks as the day progresses. In the evening they can view a summary of the tasks they completed such as number of quotations and policies issued. As a result we are able to be right beside our agents whenever they need and create a continuous line of communication with them. A new function that will be added will also be providing an instant motor insurance quotation with the QR code on the vehicle registration document.

- The only insurance agent mobile application that can be used for policy sales

- A mobile application that has been designed with real agents' experience (A quotation from Whatsapp with the photo of vehicle registration document, Today's tasks menu when logging in first thing in the morning, Today's summary menu in the evening, list of favourite claims files, CRM and birthday celebration option for customers)
