As the largest bank in the Czech Republic, it's our responsibility to improve our clients' financial health. We've developed an ecosystem filled with purpose-built tools for this mission and in today’s digital age, our mobile banking platform, George, forms the ecosystem's core.
Digital is where people spend a significant part of their lives, streamlined within our day-to-day routines. George isn't just a banking platform; it's become an essential part of our clients' lives. Out of 2.4 million primary clients, 2 million use George. These users interact with it an average of 31 times per month. But we don’t see these as mere numbers. Instead, we see opportunities. Each of these interactions presents a chance to elevate our clients' understanding of their finances. Every interaction carries the potential to improve financial health. Our goals reach beyond creating healthy financial habits. We aim to shape a healthier financial future through every interaction. We hope to instill responsibility and awareness, fostering positive change with every swipe on the screen, every transaction made.
