To make the stamping process hassle free, we tied-up with NeSL, a central government company who provide e-stamping having arrangement with Indian states and e-signing solutions through UIDAI.
We built a small portal for customers as well as our branch network. Our customer (the locker holder) can authenticate self to see the list of lockers rented to him/her. Current status of agreement execution along with annual rent, associated branch details and type of execution pending will be displayed. Customer can proceed by selecting a locker, which initiates request with NeSL through API along with locker related data and soft copy of locker agreement generated on the fly. Customer gets web link on his/her email/mobile, which navigates to the NeSL website. After e-stamping and e-signing of agreement on the NeSL website, a signed copy of the agreement is delivered to the customer over email. Customer can download the document also by navigating the web link. This digitally executed document is also saved at the bank’s server.
Branch Module can be used by any of our branches through Active Directory authentication.
Branch staff can also assist walk-in locker holders who are not well versed with the internet and the whole process is performed in the same way without involving any paper or printing.
Daily reports on state-wise, branch-wise stamping of agreements, and agreements under process are generated for reconciliation purposes.
