The eKGB initiative working towards a unified goal of digital financial inclusion. Key innovations include the ‘DigiKGB’ App for remote digital account opening, KGB VKYC for seamless digital KYC processes, and KGB eLoan and KGB eDoc for streamlined online credit access and digital loan documentation. The main results of the initiative so far highlight its profound impact such as streamlined credit access through digital solutions, expanded reach via remote customer onboarding, and enhanced financial literacy through the FiDigi campaigns.
