Axis Bank's vision is to become preferred financial service provider excelling in customer service delivery. In line with the Bank's vision, we have recently launched "Multilingual" feature on Internet Banking channel which will delight customer and help us become preferred channel for usage. Earlier customers were able to access our Internet Banking platform only in English which could be a challenge for customers who are more comfortable in their regional language. In order to bridge the language barrier gap for customers, we have introduced multilingual feature in additional three languages -Hindi, Marathi and Bengali.
