In line with the needs of the day and our Bank's vision of "Being the Bank of the Future", we have created a living space for all kinds of transactions that our customers may need in their daily lives, in addition to the financial transactions we already offer.
We added the My Life with İşCep section to İşCep, our mobile banking application that offers only banking services with more than 700 financial functions and visited 18 million times every day by more than 5 million users, to meet the needs of our customers in their daily life cycles such as their families, homes, vehicles and travels. Thus, we took a step towards İşCep becoming a lifestyle application.
With My Life with İşCep, we introduced a variety of options labeled My Car, My Home, My Family, My Shopping and My Travel menus. Besides banking transactions, we also offered our customers the convenience of managing multiple operations in their daily lives from a single location.
An ecosystem has been created with My Life with İşCep, thanks to the cooperation with our Bank's subsidiaries and the third-party companies we cooperate with. In order to offer the services of our subsidiaries and third-party companies to our customers from İşCep, the SuperApp Development platform, which enables low-code application development, was implemented, integrated into İşCep and made available for use.
Within the scope of our super application vision, we developed the services offered by our collaborations under My Life with İşCep on this platform and enabled their integration with İşCep. • Abonesepeti, which provides the management of subscription services • Our subsidiary Pazarama which includes car rental, hotel reservation, flight ticket purchasing and shopping services • SmartIQ which gives the average market value of vehicles, • Plodsi which reports the location of towed vehicles, • İSPARK which performs car park management in Istanbul added to My Life with İşCep.
In addition, transactions such as bill payment, loan disbursement, HGS (High-Speed Toll System) and MTV (Motor Vehicle Tax) payment transactions and insurance transactions, which were previously developed by our Bank's departments and offered to our customers within İşCep, have been added to the My Life with İşCep platform. Official transactions that can be carried out with the E-Government integration previously provided by our Bank are also included under the My Life with İşCep menu.
More than 4 million customers interacted with My Life with İşCep living spaces in 6 months. The number of vehicles registered in My Car reached 600 thousand. We enriched our digital ecosystem with third-party collaborations. Our collaborated mini-apps like “Vehicle Valuation”, “Where is My Towed Vehicle”, “İSPARK parking lot monitoring” and “Abonesepeti” mini applications were used by nearly 200 thousand customers.
