Proudly presenting Citytouch- the first digital banking app in Bangladesh. Now Citytouch is having more than 650000 customer base and offering 100+ services. Citytouch user can avail all the necessary banking services via this app in an anytime-anywhere manner. Customers can avail including numerous essential self-services, such as bank solvency certificate, Proof of Tax Return Submission, Tax Certificate, International Transaction Management, Open and close fixed deposit, avail instant secured loan, and create virtual dabit and prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union pay).

Citytouch has not limit itself to retail banking only, but also offering wealth management. Citytouch launched country’s first digital wealth management with in the app and do share market trading with few taps.

Citytouch has incredible financial figures year on over year. In 2023, total transaction volume was USD 6.5 million (84% growth year on year) with an aggressive growth of customer base (19% acquisition growth year on year). Citytouch had 84% service revenue growth in 2024 and total revenue was USD 8 million in 2023.

Citytouch is driving multiple strategic agenda in digital space of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh and one the agenda is build a “cashless society” by enabling digital transaction options. By following this, city touch has launched a purely contactless digital transaction facility. Its customer can deposit and withdraw money without any physical plastic card from ATM machine via “Cash-by code” feature and which also contribute the NETZERO (sustainable and green banking) ambition. City Pay – a QR code feature by which customer can also pay at merchant end without any contact.

To conclude, Citytouch is a complete digital financial solution for retail and preparatory customers. Banking is in the palm without going to bank.
