Innovation presentation

In the year 2024, we saw a significant increase in the process of dematerializing communications and documents from the insurance company to clients. Some communications, such as payment booklets, debit notices, and regulatory communications, began to be sent 100% by email, with delivery orchestration, reducing paper consumption. Digital communication became more user-friendly, robust, and segmented by customer type, respecting their individuality and delivering information quickly, with guaranteed delivery and integration across all company channels. Another advancement was the health plan affinity card, which became 100% digital, with clients being informed on how to download it online securely and much faster. These actions, combined with those from previous years, provide us with the following sustainability numbers:

With the addition of 780,000 documents/year digitized to the already 37,200,000 from previous years of this project, we managed to reduce: 190 tons of CO²/year 4.5 million liters of water/year 3,200 trees preserved/year

With the initiative to dematerialize plastic cards, we achieved the following reductions: 2.7 tons of CO²/year 7 tons of plastic/year"
