Our project, "Digital Journey for Broker Registration Maintenance," aims to modernize and streamline the process of maintaining broker registrations. The concept is to provide a fully digital platform where brokers can update their registration details online, eliminating the need for physical document submissions and in-person visits. This innovation was driven by the need to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve the overall experience for our brokers. Before this project, brokers had to visit a branch office to submit documents for registration updates, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Inspired by the success of our previous digital initiatives, we developed this project to centralize and automate the entire process within our Business Portal.
