In line with AXA's commitment to Act as a Model Company starting in 2024, we have strengthened our sustainability strategy by integrating a strong commitment to volunteering among its pillars. We have done this through AXA Hearts in Action Association, which has been creating value in the community starting from its foundation (1991) through socially and environmentally impactful initiatives with NGO and the direct involvement of AXA employees.
Starting from 2024, we have expanded the range of initiatives and NGO partners, allowing all colleagues to choose the volunteering activity closer to their values and sensitivity.
The goal for 2024 was to engage at least 50% of the colleagues in activities, and thanks to the upgrade of the project, we involved nearly all collaborators (+90%).
