The N!Assistant project was developed entirely in-house by Nest Bank's dedicated teams, without the involvement of external solution providers.. This approach ensured full control over the development process, alignment with our strategic goals, and the creation of a solution tailored specifically to the needs of our customers. Nest Bank launched N!Assistant to revolutionize customer interactions by leveraging advanced AI technology. The primary objective was to provide customers with a more intuitive and efficient banking experience, allowing them to communicate using natural language, analyze their spending, and perform banking operations. This initiative aimed to enhance service accessibility, personalize user experiences, and position Nest Bank as a leader in innovative banking solutions in Poland. N!Assistant is an innovative virtual assistant launched by Nest Bank in April 2024, designed to transform how customers interact with their bank. Powered by generative AI, it provides seamless, natural language-based support for financial management. Unlike traditional chatbots, N!Assistant is capable of understanding complex, conversational queries and performing actions such as analyzing spending habits, visualizing transaction histories, scheduling payments, and even managing invoices from a photo. It is a truly intelligent partner, empowering customers to manage their finances with ease, anytime and anywhere. 

Since its launch in April 2024, no other financial institution in the Polish market has introduced a similar solution.
