Lumi.AI is a companion that listens, speaks, texts, tailors, and executes actions with empathy and advanced reasoning. Developed by Allianz Partners, Lumi brings together trusted medical advice, virtual consultations, symptom checking, appointment booking, vitals monitoring, medication delivery and AI empowered digital health assistant into one accessible platform. Our objective is simple: extend traditional insurance offerings into a comprehensive ecosystem that emphasizes prevention, tailored care, and efficiency. Inspired by global healthcare trends and the real needs of our customers, our innovation involved close collaboration between our product management & innovation and IT teams. Our solution connects over 21,000 validated medical providers with a digital platform designed to be both intuitive and supportive. This collaborative effort spans teams in digital innovation, customer service, and clinical expertise. Since launching, we’ve seen more people engage with their health earlier, avoiding unnecessary stress and costly complications.
