According to Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI), within 2021-2024, the growth of individual investors in Indonesia reaches an average of 25% annually. BCA as one of the largest bank in Indonesia, while having more than 30 million customers, was facing problem with the unsignificant growth in number of investors.
BCA created ARCIS Wealth, an automated system that simplifies and improves personalized wealth campaigns. The system analyzes past customer data to identify patterns and make precise predictions about which customers are most likely to respond. It goes a step further by recommending products that match each customer’s needs and predicted risk profile, ensuring highly personalized offerings. Once the campaign is launched across channels like apps, social media, and branch offices, the system monitors performance and users can make adjustments to continuously improve results. This entire process runs automatically, making campaigns smarter, faster, and more effective. Consists of 4 sections, Acquisition - Risk Profiling - Recommendation - Churn Prediction, ARCIS Wealth is equipped with predictive and prescriptive analytics technology in order to provide optimal product recommendation for customers and at the same time improve the customer experience by creating the feeling of having personal investment advisor. The implementation of ARCIS Wealth has generated outstanding results across multiple aspects. Reducing campaign cost by 58%, improve time efficiency by saving 87.5% of required manhours, and most importantly, the campaign result increased by thirty-fold, measured by percentage of new investors obtained from the campaign.
