Fenris deployed a real-time predictive scoring framework that transforms how digital insurance traffic is evaluated before routing and spend decisions occur. Instead of treating all inbound leads equally, each request is enriched and scored in milliseconds, then assigned to one of five performance tiers. Tier 1 represents the highest predicted quote and conversion propensity. Tiers 4 and 5 represent materially lower expected performance. The client operationalized these tiers directly into production routing logic. Tier 4 and 5 traffic is filtered entirely. Tier 1 traffic is prioritized for distribution and spend allocation. Tier 2 and 3 are managed dynamically based on performance thresholds. The model currently processes approximately 650,000 requests per month and is scaling toward 830,000 monthly requests. Results confirm strong predictive separation. Tier 1 traffic achieves a 27 percent quote rate and 13 percent conversion rate, materially outperforming lower tiers. This innovation moves predictive AI from analytics into execution. It does not inform decisions after the fact. It changes how traffic is handled in real time, improving acquisition efficiency without increasing lead volume.
