What led to the creation of Pazapa?
Our relationship with homeownership has evolved in recent years. First, it has become increasingly difficult for buyers to secure a mortgage in light of home price increase, high interest rates and tighter credit regulation. Second, our lifestyles have evolved as individuals seek more flexibility in their professional and personal lives, making credit risk assessment tougher for banks. Yet becoming a homeowner is one of the most effective ways to build wealth and security, a dream from which more and more individuals are excluded (young professionals, independent workers, and those without a down payment). Pazapa was born to make homeownership accessible to everyone, without compromising on flexibility.
