Nubank launches Nubank+ and partners with Max in Brazil

Nubank, one of the world's largest digital financial services platforms, has announced the launch of Nubank+, an evolution of the Nu experience that offers customers a range of new benefits. As part of this initiative, Nubank has also entered into a groundbreaking partnership with Max, Warner Bros. Discovery's streaming platform.

Introducing Nubank+

Nubank+ aims to enhance the everyday experience of its users with features such as cashback, free withdrawals, and exclusive streaming access. Livia Chanes, CEO of Nubank in Brazil, highlighted the company's goal to provide benefits beyond financial products. "Nubank+ emerges as an experience to bring benefits that make users’ lives lighter and more enjoyable," Chanes stated.

Main Benefits of Nubank+

Cashback: Instant 0.5% cashback on credit card purchases, which can be redeemed or converted into miles.

Max Streaming: Access to the Max basic plan with ads for 12 months, including original series, movies, sports, and more. Customers will have the option to upgrade to an ad-free version in the coming months.

Free Withdrawals: Unlimited free withdrawals at Banco24Horas ATMs.

Payment Assistant: A personal assistant to manage and pay monthly bills, featuring Smart Alerts to notify if bill amounts exceed expectations.

Nubank+ will be available at no cost to customers who spend over R$3,500 per month on their Nubank credit card. Other customers can access the service for R$29 per month. The service is available to customers over 18 years old with a Nubank credit card, except for the "Building Limit" version. Additionally, Ultravioleta customers will also receive access to the Max basic plan with ads.
